The Hunters Lodge is a place for me to post guides and videos detailing stuff every hunter should know.

One of the hunters responsibilities is to guide the fellowship quickly and safely through the wilds of Middle Earth. One thing every hunter should know by the time she reaches level 55, is how to port your party around for the “Estilden Bounty Quests”. These quests are for item xp & xp runes to level your Legendary Items quicker, ( level 60 and lower L.i.s for the runes, but the XP the quest gives works on any level L.i. ) these quests also reset daily so you can do them over and over, but only once a day.

A doughty fighter and protector of the weak, a skilled Guardian can face even the toughest foes and survive. The Guardian is one of the few classes willing and able to try to draw more blows onto themselves, so they can retaliate with devastating maneuvers in response. and with this in mind let us move on into Mirkwood or soon into Enedwaith. You may want to wait to level 62 to head into Enedwaith but that is entirely up to you.

“Tell the Community Team” is where Turbine asks for the players to give them direct and specific feedback about a specific topic. This is really a fantastic opportunity for you to give your thoughts and opinions about the game directly to Turbine to think about.

These “Tell the Community Team” questions focus on Warleader. They have three questions they are looking for you to give them feedback on:

  • Give three examples of changes or improvements you would make to improve the Warleader class (e.g. skills and abilities). Please limit your responses to 3 brief examples. Warleaders only please!
  • If you could add a new skill to the Warleader class, what would it be? Please be specific.
  • Thinking about the Warleader’s current skills, which do you find most useful? Least useful? Please give 2 examples of each and please specify what you find lacking in the 2 least useful skills.

Dol Guldur (Sindarin: "Hill of Sorcery") was Sauron’s stronghold in Mirkwood in the fictional world of J. R. R. Tolkien’s Middle-earth. It is first mentioned in The Hobbit. The hill itself, rocky and barren, was the highest point in the southwestern part of the forest. Before Sauron’s occupation it was called Amon Lanc "Naked Hill". It lay near the western edge of the forest, across the Anduin from Lothlórien. In a passage that appears to apply the name Dol Guldur principally to the fortress rather than the barren hill it rose above, the company of the Ring first catch sight of it from Cerin Amroth in Lórien.
