Turbine has some unexpected downtime with their European Customer Support today. Celestrata has posted about the outage on the forums (with translations in the appropriate forums).

This week we discuss the new screenshots, hunter dev diary, changes coming to the LOTRO Store and more!
This week Goldenstar has been playing with her Dums in Angmar. Her burglar is level 45 and working on her class quests and getting her legendary item.
Merric actually joined us in the Dum group this week and got his warden to level 45. He did a few skirmishes and is working on gathering burglar class items for the lazy Goldenstar.

The LOTRO Servers will be brought down on Thursday, April 7 from 9:00 – 11:00 AM Eastern (-4 GMT) for a hotfix. This is a server-side only change. No gameplay changes will be made at this time. A client update is not required.
