Shortly after posting about the new cosmetics, it was discovered there is also a new steed available!
Ketani was kind enough to collect enough tokens (after spending them all on the new cosmetics) to obtain the horse as well. She is modeling the mount with the new cosmetics on as they go nicely with the new horse.
The horse costs the typical 20 Tokens, 1 Race Token and Document of Mount Ownership. In your mount panel it will be listed as the “Yule Festival Snowy Horse/Pony”.

We got a little peak behind the scenes of the upcoming (still no official date) Yule Festival in today’s Dev. Diary.
One thing I did want to point out is that I appreciate seeing that some of the “newer” devs have worked their way up the ranks from places like the QA team, as Pinion mentions in his intro.

November 7th is the final day of the Fall Festival (Harvestmath)! Make sure you turn in all your tokens and buy up all the goodies you were hoping for this weekend.

With the patch today, the Fall Festival is now also live. Much of it is the same as previous festivals and for a full guide make sure to head over to CSTM for their festival coverage. Here’s the PDF link as CSTM is still fighting a malware issue – PDF version of the Website with all the quests.
I did pop in quickly to get the new horse and use up some old tokens to get the new dress and cloak for my Warden.

So I’m still behind but wanted to post briefly on the new horse available with the Summer Festival that went live today. I must say, I really enjoy this general horse style as they look very nice. I haven’t seen too much else that’s new on the vendors, but will admit I haven’t looked too hard yet. I’ll try to post an update, but as always I will most likely just point over to CSTM’s Guide as Goldenstar’s guides are just amazing.
<Update> I ended up finding a stock-pile of old tokens, so was able to get the horse for the 20 tokens it takes, and still have some left over <Update>

Some minor items but a couple BIG ones, go check out the full patch notes, and remember these are still beta and subject to change.
- Some Freep/Creep class tweaks
- Relic Melding can be done on Horseback!
- Dropped the number of 3rd marks needed for Symbols of Celebrimor
- Increased ALL medallion drops by 20% in Ost Dunhoth raid!
- Other random instance tweaks
- Festival notes, including speeding things up a bit
For me, the biggest one here is the boost to medallion drops in OD and I’m very glad Turbine is continuing to tweak these based on the community feedback. Sure they could’ve done more, but this is the second tweak they’ve made already just in this update.

Thanks to @KurganNazzir for checking out the new Treasure Hunt on Bullroarer as there are some pretty cool rewards. Some of the standard random festival gift box items for sure, but a couple snazzy horses:
Not only does this horse look cool, but it actually has an animation of it dropping coins! There’s also a video included on the post for those wishing to see it in action. And for those goat addicts out there, a similar style goat is available too. Time will tell if the Treasure horse is this year’s Painted Skeleton Horse.
