Both of us have attempted our first try at Sammath Gul and we made it to the second boss before things went bad. Goldenstar feels a bit responsible for not being able to heal everyone. We briefly discuss small changes that may make the encounter easier.
Goldenstar and Merric attempted to duo the Rift skirmish and did not do well on the final boss. Azz said he thought we could do it together and he was right so now Goldenstar has finished Volume 3 Book 1. Yay!

I have lately been getting my hopes up SUPER high that our next ability is going to be some new lightning damage spell. “Intriguing,” you say. “Please, tell me more.”
Well, first off, let me warn you by saying this is pure bloody speculation. If you quote me and yell at me when it doesn’t come true, you are dumb and fail at reading.
So then – our Lightning Storm is amazing. I adore that spell. I know it has a 5-minute cooldown (legacy to reduce that please!), but it is still amazing. I use it in skirmishes pretty much everytime its available and my kin is getting used to my laughs of glee as I flatten groups of mobs with my lightning of awesome. Just call me Storm, ok?

I think we need to have a talk and I just do better in writing than in person.
You’ve been really distant lately and maybe it’s because I’ve been a little more clingy than I should be. It’s just so hard to find quality time together. You’re sooo popular and it seems everyone but me is getting a piece of you. How do think it makes me feel? Do you even think of that?

The main topic of this week’s podcast is going to be about Legendary Items (LI). This is a fairly new concept to most people, even seasoned MMO players. I know that when Merric and I were forced to pick our first LI we stood there stupefied.
We will be discussing the current system as well the changes (that we know of) coming with Siege of Mirkwood. This is likely to be a huge discussion but we still want it to be thorough and helpful!
