downloadFrom February 17-21, 2011 Turbine will be having a Welcome Back Event that will allow players to earn a +10% XP bonus from defeating enemies.  No subscription is required.  All you need to do is download the client and start playing!  Existing players can just enjoy the extra bonus for the duration of the event

I am personally glad to see that this is going on!  It will help that final push for my Minstrel to get level 50!

It has been a week since the last Free to Play update came out for our European friends and still there is no news (or at least none I could find) concerning a date for the European release. They are at least communicating that there is no news!
